Welcome! My name is Jno Rice. I’m a Personal Trainer trained by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ACE (American Counsel of Exercise) and I’m a trained Medical Assistant. I’ve worked in the Personal Training Industry for 15+ years and as a Medical Assistant for the past 2 years.

 

Eat better

80% of how you look is what you eat! 10% is Cardio, and 10% is Weight Training, so 6 well balanced meals a day and plenty of water!  Protein, Carbs, Vegetables, and Good Fats. Usually 60% Carbs, 30% Protein, and 20% Fats. If you want to be a little leaner try 40% Carbs, 40% Protein, and 20% Fats.

 

Sleep tight

A good night’s sleep starts with a well rounded day, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, 3 Snacks in between the main meals, Cardio and Weight training.

 

 

Exercise

You have to push yourself each time your in the Gym, Running or doing Aerobics.  The goal is to work harder in the gym and during exercise than you do at your everyday job and chores! This will make your daily routine easier to get through….

 

Lose weight

Portion control is a very big part in weight loss! If you’re taking in 2500 calories a day and only burning 1500 calories, where do you think the 1000 calories left over go? They don’t just disappear!! They’re stored for later use!!
